Each of them overlaps with the PokéStops shown below, and their locations are almost identical.
Yes, this is a very strange appeal.
It is a cross-game submission, and if you look within each game, there is only one of the spots.
The last time I tried to restore a Pokémon manhole, the management ruled against it. The reason for this I believe to be duplication with the officially prepared PokéStops, but there is no clear answer.
I will try to find out what the management thinks through this application.
By the way, the manhole in Natori City was the one I applied for and was approved.

Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
