Additional information:
The playground in this Wayspot is a private one and cannot be used by the general public without entering someone's front yard.
- - The list above is from the official website of the town of Stegaurach, listing all public playgrounds in it's municipality which can also be found here: https://www.stegaurach.de/kinderspielplaetze. In this "district" of Debring there are only four public playgrounds, all named after the adjacent street, but "Georg-Achziger-Ring" is nowhere to be found.
- - The blue slide and the overall construction of it and the swing set you can see in the background is the kind you can get at hardware stores all around Germany

It doesn't need to be official to be a POI though. It can just be a playground by the housing community; a shared spot for neighbors.
Unless this is a school or a single family home, it might be eligible
@DragoniteDare-PGO The website lists every public playground in the town, not only the ones operated by it. Even if it was built and maintained by a housing community it would still be listed there.
This playground is in the garden of a single family home (note the stairs in the background which lead into the garden) and it cannot be accessed without trespassing.
Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We took another look at the Pokéstop/Gym in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
