Can a misplaced wayspot that doesn't show in any game be moved?

So back in october I nominated a wayspot on Ingress and it got accepted but it never showed up in any game as I reported in this post I made back then. The thing is the other day trying to make another nomination, this time in pokemon go, I found out that the wayspot was actually there but misplaced and and as u can see in the image below, the wayspot is in the red circle but it's right location is where green X is located.

Here's proof of it in this street view, the wayspot is located in the corner of that soccer field, not on the sides of it.

Is there any possibility to get this wayspot moved to its right location so it shows up at least on Ingress? (I know it won't show up in PoGO because of the cells rule)
