Additional information: It is literally an Emergency Medical Services Building so I am not sure why this appeal was rejected. Based off your own criteria this should not be in game (It was accepted a long time ago before Wayfarer) "Location obstructs the driveways of emergency services or may interfere with the operations of fire stations, police stations, hospitals, military bases, industrial sites, power plants, or air traffic control towers". This building is used to house the EMS personel who are on-shift and all the EMS vehicles. If Niantic game players go in the lot to play games, they could obstruct the EMS vehicles or personnel from entering or leaving the parking lot. The POI in question is to the right of the front door (just behind the flag in the google maps picture)
