Public pontoon/dock for swimming, reading, sunbathing and more...

A new public pontoon was created in a very touristy area. You can sit there anytime of the year and swim or sunbathe in the summer (even the winter if you dare). There's not fence around it. Accessible 24/7.
It got rejected but I don't really know why. What would you rate it ?

Hard to rate it without seeing the text and location data. I think it’s a worthy subject, if that’s what you’re asking, although your images don’t do the best job of telling the story of what it is. I kind of feel like I know some of this place, but I’m missing quite a bit here that could be important information about the larger context.
But there are plenty of other reasons to reject besides the quality of the subject. You say it’s “new” so it’s possibly not on Google, so a photosphere might be in order, which could tilt towards a pin location rejection, especially if a different feature was there previously. Your text might be inadequate as well (tip: don’t describe it as “new,” that’s a relative term; describe it as “built in 2021” so that the description continues to be accurate over time).
