What is other rejection criteria? As per rules, acceptance criteria must meet at LEAST ONE of the three eligibility criteria. My submission meets THREE: permanent, safe area, accessable to the public, and contain accurate information in the title, description, and photos as per attached. Please let me know why. Thank you

It is a generic location of a huge fast food chain. Other rejection criteria is correct.
It meets the rejection criteria, "A generic business, chain, or franchise that is not locally unique."

Those aren't the eligibility criteria, those are the acceptance criteria.
There are three sets of criteria, the eligibility criteria, the acceptance criteria, and the rejection criteria. A submission must meet at least one of the eligibility criteria, all of the eligibility criteria, and none of the rejection criteria.
This submission doesn't meet any of the eligibility criteria and meets one of the rejection criteria, thus must be rejected.
