Nominations Not Refreshing Everyday

Description Of Issue
I have a massive backlog of wayspots to nominate so I've currently used up all my nominations. The first thing I do everyday is wake up and submit a wayspot nomination. But twice this week I've had my nominations not refresh. It has happened today, and it also happened this last Sunday (30th Jan).
I am experiencing this issue in Pokemon GO.

Here is my contribution management page ordered by most recent. As can be seen I nominated a stop yesterday, but have not nominated one today. And yet I still have 0 available nominations today.
I also have a nomination missing from the 30th Jan, as my nomination also did not refresh then.
Thanks for bringing this up @Angeljho-PGO. Sent you a DM to gather more information.
So I can confirm that my nominations have not refreshed for the last 3 Sundays specifically.
As you can see in the below screenshot it is Monday morning and I only have 1 nomination. I used up all my nominations on Saturday, so I should in theory have 2 nominations as I did not nominate anything on Sunday. However this is not the case.
I have since used up this nomination, but the below screenshot should demonstrate that I did not nominate a stop on Sunday the 13th Feb:
For at least the past month, when I started doing nominations again in earnest, I have noticed that my nominations are also not refreshing daily like they should be. If it matters, I nominate on both my PokemonGo and Ingress accounts.
@NianticTintino-ING This is the same issue that I reported this month (https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/34387/number-of-available-nominations-sometimes-not-incrementing-daily).
You replied to me saying that you would pass this onto the team for investigation, but I didn't realise that you had already begun investigating this issue ~6 months ago.
What progress was made on the original investigation?
