If there are so many duplicates concentrated in the same town, it is safe to assume that there is a community within the town to abuse the system.
The players who submitted these and the judges who let them be approved without making them duplicates should be punished right now.
Here is a picture of another spot, but we think it is the same applicant.
This large number of duplicates is another thing that has only recently started showing up in the game.
