This POI must be Niantic-approved. The nomination is pretty old and doesn't even have a description. It got approved three days ago.
The "POI" is a generic sign which shows the manhole covers and water pipes for the local plumbers, etc. There are such signs every 100m. Even I got one in front of my house. So please remove this trash. It will just lead to more of such trash nominations and has no real value.
I know that there are no removal criteria this one would meet. But I hope it's still possible to get this removed, similar to the 4square POIs. I already got messaged by three different persons about how the hell this nomination got approved and how to remove it.
