Categorize location” doesn’t work on my account

in Report a Bug
I reach level 38 and that I try to make a new pokestop that I came to the last page “categorize location” all game was stuck, I can’t push back or exit. I work very hard to get level 38 and now w can’t make a new pokestop it isn’t fair at all!!!

I am having the same problem. Also when trying to use "upload later" feature there is no upload button in my settings.
Tried using the game on an another phone and everything works fine.
Both phones are android.
There are a lot of people talking about not being able to report nominations to "freeze" at a CATEGORIZE LOCATION. And its been runningsince early February with a new update. So with me, its still the samething for three weeks now, nothing, always the same. This is a big bug in general and needs to be addressed and found out why. Help..
i have the same issue here. and i'm using android phone.
I’m having the same issue on my IPhone. I try to type or select a category but no categories show up in the sub menu. Is there a workaround? Will I just loose progress on my current nomination?
Maybe Niantic could just remove the "Categorize Location" requirement to allowing Submit.
Would you complain about not being able to Categorize, if you could submit without a Category?
IOW I think the main issue is that you can't submit. Correct me if I'm wrong.
