Invalid waypoint remains in the system.

I have reported this waypoint as invalid at least 5 times in the past few months.

There is a photosphere at the supposed location showing the rock on which the plaque was formerly mounted in the distance.

The plaque was stolen years ago. If you look at the rock on google earth you clearly see white granite instead of a bronze plaque.
