Error message each time hen attempting to review!!!!

I've cleared the cache many times and it's still the same, what can I do?

My friend with this problem has tried Firefox and Chrome on PC as well as Chrome on Android phone and all get the same thing. Judging by the other threads with the same issue, this is most likely to do with someone sitting and passing the wayfarer test a long time ago but never did any reviews, then at some stage, the system became confused as to whether they passed the test or not, I'll see if I can convince my friend to post a series of screenshots here.
I am level 48 in PoGo, I sat the Wayfarer quiz sometime last year I think but never reviewed and this is what I get.
When trying to nominate a Wayspot in PoGo, it shows a pink dot thinking I have not passed the quiz
Also tried clearing cache, different browsers, on both desktop and phone.
Please help @NianticTintino, I would like to be able to submit Wayspot nominations again.

I'm having the same problem als mentioned here. No changes between Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or directly on the Smartphone or Tablet with Chrome.
