Additional information: This wayspot is located on a high train bridge. The sculpture is in the middle of the street and you can't be on the bridge by foot as it's a train bridge, you can see the electric lines. So it can be unsafe to interact with this wayspot.

at the bottom you have a sidewalk looking at pedestrians. so it's a safe hike
