What do i need to do? Getting frustrated

There were 2 way points that were side by side. Now 1 is no longer there the other is over 20 metres away. I have tried several times to have this fixed even taking photos.
What more can be done?

Was it removed from all other games, including Pokemon GO and Pikmin Bloom?
were they duplicates of each other? is the object still there in the real world? it might have been removed permanently

I'll need the long/lat for each of them. I'm curious is the one that is now 20 meters away doesn't qualify since it's not permanent... if you can share them with me I can look into it. Thanks!
