my photo doesn't appear in Ingress and since the Gym is sponsored in PGO, I can't upvote the photo because there is no photo feature on sponsored POIs.
Two of the three photos of the POI are invalid, one shows a face, the other one is a collage.

Thanks for the appeal, @LukeAllStars-ING! Based on the evidence provided, we’ve made necessary changes to the Portal.
The POI disappeared from the Intel, but is still existing in Ingress. Is this some sort of sync problem?
The location hasn't changed ingame.
problem solved, POI is back on Intel and at the spot the POI should be located at. Also, the ingame location is displayed correctly now
