Cemetery Clarification

I have had a sign representing a cemetery which had perfectly safe pedestrian access leading up to it be not accepted. I thought that cemeteries were eligible nominations? I have seen many cemeteries have their own wayspots with much less safe access, and a less attractive sign/no sign at all.

Per the Wayfarer guides, January 2020 clarifications:
Cemeteries or Graveyards
- Acceptable: Headstones, statues or memorials dedicated to a historical figure, someone who is significant to the local community, or groups of individuals. For example, a WWII Veteran memorial.
- Not acceptable: Signs at the entrance of cemeteries, cemetery directories, other headstones or memorials (regardless of how visually unique or artistic they are), or funeral homes.
Signs that simply mark the cemetery are not eligible. Criteria can change over time, and just because things are live Wayspots does not mean they're generally acceptable.

So if i want to remove stop from the game which is cemetary by it self,what to press im the game because i dont see other options except those who are there
Existing Stops/Portals don't have to meet current criteria. Changes in criteria are not grounds for removal. If the cemetery owner wants it removed they would have to contact Niantic.
Can you answer me one more question i would Like to remove this portal
The person who submitted called it old bus station but this is only one woodden structure its not the old bus station and IT never was,under what criteria should i try to remove it

What if it currently doesn't meet the criteria but people in wayfarer approved it anyway?
How lovely from Niantic to have a Featured Wayspot as an example of "a new beautiful cultural or historic landmark that is easy to access for all" of a signs at the entrance of cemetery which is not eligible as Niantic said in January.

Niantic desperately need to either manually curate the featured wayspots or remove them - a large percentage of the one's I see don't meet any criteria I'm aware of or are at best 'grey' submissions that would only be eligible with a strong description/supporting statement.
You do know that "Featured Wayspot" are randomly selected from recently approved nominations? If people approved nominations that don't meet the criteria, there is a chance those nominations will show up in "Featured Wayspot". So don't use "Featured Wayspot" as precedent of what is eligible or acceptable.
I do know that. It's just shows so well that the system is broken.
It is just sad that things that should not be wayspots get to be wayspots and those who review according to rules, guidlines and AMA clarifications get the "reward" of dropping to red or yellow on their Wayfarer rating.
I asked them to address this in the AMA that we should be hearing back from this week. Granted, they'll probably ignore the problem but it's obviously a "broken" feature.
It doesn't help that earlier guidelines allowed for historic or culturally significant cemeteries and usually encouraged voters to take into consideration if the area was rural.
