Additional information: Uncle Bao's was closed, later reopened as Tacos Toro Bronco, rather than removing the portal and leaving the portal location vacant while waiting months for the Buddha statue to vanish, then wait several months for the Bull statue to appear on OPR, then get rejected because of the extreme delay and overlap of time, because the business is no longer called Tacos Toro Bronco on Google Maps and an Uncle Bao's Buddha statue exists where the Bull Statue was being submitted just seemed like a lose lose lose lose situation regardless of what the approach would have been regardless. Also there's a mural here which I attempted to edit as well.

The object of the Wayspot no longer exists. An invalid Wayspot report is the appropriate action.
