Overview for No.23~40
He uploaded fake Street Views, creating a lot of invalid Wayspots on private property or on farms. The Wayspot photos were taken in a park in his favorite city, Cheongju.
As you can see from the satellite image, this is not a park. Although it used to be a park, it was demolished very, very long ago. It is now agricultural land.
However, the map of South Korea on Google Maps did not update properly and incorrectly marked the park as still there. He took advantage of this to easily deceive reviewers.
Google Maps has now been corrected so that the park is recognized as closed.

These invalid Wayspots are broadly classified into two groups. Totally fake or original location is on private property. The reason anyway, they do not meet Wayfarer's standards.
The accounts that submitted these Wayspots are multiple accounts of the abuser. Except for "학곤리 사랑정", the oldest Wayspot.

A forest can be seen in the background of the Wayspot photo, but here is not a forest, but a heavy equipment company. and there is no sign that looks like this here. This fake Wayspot must be deleted.

All points were verified with Naver Map Street View.

As a result, both Wayspots are in the incorrect locations as he wished.
Fortunately, the following posts are examples of his plot thwarted.
He was not accepted on the first attempt, so he went to another account and tried again. However, it was never accepted.

Not only this.
In order to bypass the S2 Cell rule, he entered his ING account and made a false report and pushed a Wayspot to the south 17 Level Cell.
A few days after successfully bypassing the S2 cell rule, he entered his acquaintance's PGO account and reported it again and relocated it to the original 17 Level Cell.
As you can see, for him the Wayfarer community is just a tool to exploit. He takes it for granted that he cheats on Wayfarer administrators.
In addition to the two Wayfarer Community accounts that posted false reports, he has two more.
You can easily recognize them by looking at the names of the two accounts above.

Since All PGO and ING accounts have records of activity within a radius of 1.5km centered on (35.9413,126.938), I believe you will recognize it even if part of the nickname is hidden.
But, there may be more accounts than I know.
Please impose heavy sanctions on this abuser as much as possible. In my personal opinion, it's not enough to just remove his Wayfarer permissions. I think all his PGO and ING accounts should be banned permanently. Otherwise, he will borrow someone else's account and repeat abuse. Just like he has been for the past 2 years.
Don't forget how he took away the benefits of others and gave them to his acquaintances, and ridiculed the people of other locals and the Wayfarer Community.
His acquaintances knew he was doing evil, but they cooperated. When he uploaded fake Street Views, they submitted Wayspot nominations. Or even lending their accounts.
When his accomplices find out that all of his accounts have been permanently banned, they will take care of themselves.
