Zangerhei vandaag
Translation: At the extreme southwest corner of the park, under a layer of earth, is an ice cellar that used to store ice from the ponds. The ice cellar is currently managed in function of the bats.
I think despite the fact if its private or not [can't tell. not been there] nobody with a right set of mind would go there :-) Creapy as hell
They are probably going to ask for a geographic picture. It's a picture with the exact coordination of the Wayspot. If you don't know what that is here's an example:
I have an android phone and downloaded the photogps app. You also need to activate The location in your picture settings + activate your gps.
This supports your claim more then a Internet discussion. Try to make sure to capture as much terrain as possible.
I have been there the portal was 300 meters away from me but i didn't take the risk since there are dogs walking arround and i had no idea if they would attack me or not before entering the passage way it has a road sign that says private street if not enough proof is added yet i can get over there and make a picture of the sign that is right in front of the street so kinda impossible to get there without breaking laws
yeah, i'm affraid it's a requirement, you could wait from a niantic response, but i had to take a picture previous time when i wanted to remove a pokestop.
I mean, should you be nearby, it couldn't hurt to take a picture. (if you don't come to close to the dogs) ;)
Good luck.
This portal is not on private property. It is freely accessible and can be reached in a safe way. Interested parties can always contact me and we will go there together
If you guys want proof i go again on my next free day...
Ijskelder Zangerheide is not on private property. There are also several routes towards it. If you don't like to take the short route, you can also take 2 other (quite) longer routes.
The main street and path towards it is a public road/path known and used by many hikers. You can validate this with the local government.
It's not because at the shortest route there are some barking dogs on a private property close by, it becomes private.
It is also an historical site, on the Heritage List of the city Bilzen due to the fact it is on the famous Ferraris Maps.
yep this is not private property... It's just englightment players fake reporting again....
the next intelligent one that reports valid portals for removal. someone will tell me why does someone do this?
This sign was not placed by the government and was asked by the police to be removed because the street is not private 🤣🤣🤣🤣 you should know a real bord is not put in a garden 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks for the appeal, @EternalMayhem-ING! We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
