This POI has been renewed/cleaned (as you can see on the white color; the text and shape are the same). I am not sure whether the location was initially wrong or it got replaced. However, its actual location is down the byroad and not next to the main road. I recently did a photosphere from which the second image was taken, so this hopefully makes it easy to adjust the location.
