"Upgrade Next" reset after 3/12/22 Wayfarer outage

During the early hours of the morning on 3/12/22, an outage of Wayfarer related services occurred for about 30 minutes. A bug report about that can be seen here.
It appears that after this outage occurred, that the "Upgrade Next" that many Wayfinders had set reset itself, causing the next upgrade to apply randomly unless the Wayfinder noticed.
This apparently happened to me and effectively caused me to waste an upgrade on something I did not want upgraded - very frustrating.
Other Wayfinders are also reporting similar experiences of their "Upgrade Next" being reset.

@NianticGiffard Did this bug occur again yesterday? Today in my Contributions, the one I'd designated 'upgrade next' does not have that designation anymore. I re-applied it immediately so as to not lose it on something else.
Could you please share the title of the nomination where the Upgrade Next feature was reset?
