Additional information: This portal was first reported at the end of 2019 and got revieved by staff of niantic in January 2020 and said the portal got rejected but it never got removed out of the game by a system bug of my guessing here is a link to the old topic https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/comment/59236/#Comment_59236

First time I post something in here and most likely the last time too....since I have far better things to do, to be honest.
Lately I find it pretty odd to encounter reports, on a regular base, about perfect normal portals who are just harder to reach than the average portal for which someone doesn't have to leave his/her bike, go-cart, car, monster truck of whatever lazy backside transportation they're using.
It's even more amazing to see reports like that submitted by individuals whose personal home "toy" looks like a painted cable tv box but what is in fact nothing more than a painted plate hanging on a wired fence..........
Yet it has already been investigated by niantic staff and proven invalid for just being a rock on a mountain top
IT is indeed Just a rock on a mountaintop so a nature element and not within opr approval guidelines.
However also not within removal guidelines i am afraid.
So i guess you should remove IT manually and make a good picture of IT non existing anymore
It's a marker, placed on that mountain especially for that reason. It is not a rock that was accidentally placed there by someone. It weighs a few tons so my idea is, move it, roll it off the mountain and it will indeed be gone. Then I will report it myself, as non-existent. Problem solved. But until then....😁
So basically if i manage to get somehow a big rock somewhere on a other mountain top i am able to nominate it as a wayspot? Since that would be the exact same since the rock doesn't contain any text or anything else what would make it unique if it has i like to have some pictures
Lots of portals close by this one also seemed to be removed or moved they are planning big works in this terrain and seems like the soccer field has completly be removed most likely to place something else

For the other ones i have to make some geotagged pictures first since had to work over there and didn't had the time to make pictures of everything
