Upgrade Next lost today 12.3.2022 during Wayfarer was down and Upgrade applied to random nomination

Today 12.3.2022 Wayfarer was down for a short time:
After the server issue was resolved the Upgrade Next was lost from the nomination (Upgrade Next was applied to the nomination yesterday) and the Upgrade was applied to a random nomination.
Reached the 100% Upgrade threshold during or just after today's server downtime problem.

Same here. I thought something was odd when the Upgrade Next tag dissappeared. Didn't think much of it at that time as I didn't get my upgrade yet and managed to re-apply the upgrade next in time.
This happened again today (23.3.2022).
On 22.3.2022 about at 23:30 local time (UTC 21:30) was not able to log in to Wayfarer, it showed "a server maintenance" message.
After the maintenance was over the "Upgrade Next" was lost again. Luckily this time I was able to apply the "Upgrade Next" to the same nomination again as the 100% threshold was not reached yet.
