Additional information: So there's currently some sort of toxic war between our factions and we're all deleting each others portals in retaliation, now it was my turn and they removed 2 portals I created that tbh idk what removal criteria they meet as they're not on a private property, not a duplicate, they haven't been removed, they don't interfere with emergency services and they have safe access from across the street that is like 3m away from the images, lik8e... is it necessary to have access to the very center of the portal to consider it safe access? Why is it needed when many interactions with those have 40mts and 8meters to get to the. There are other portals that also got removed but those are on the wall of PRP but I can request those again and they always get accepted, these on the other way I believe are valid POIs. Please check this matter.
I also wanted to add that this road is closed, it has a dead end so i'd say no more than 5 cars go in there during the day, and people use to gather at the end of the to road do skating, biking , play sports or just hang out. It's the safest road.

Looking at the street view you provided, it's likely that they were removed due to no safe pedestrian access. Being able to be stood across the road from them isn't enough, you need to be able to be stood at their locations. Whilst the side of the road you've taken the photospheres on is safe for pedestrians, the other side of the road appears to be nothing more than a kerb to provide a barrier between the road and the wall, and it doesn't appear to be intended to be used by pedestrians as there's no crossing point to it. So I suspect that in this case, your appeal will be unsuccessful.
Also, please don't resubmit things that have been deleted for being on the walls of private residential property. If they are on PRP, they're not meant to be in the database.
I know they shouldn't be there but they are and apparently most of the reviewing community is ok with it. If that was the case then i guess more than 1/3 of the wayspots should be removed from the game, and not just in my city but everywhere around the country. I live in a residential area of the city and again, I'd say half of the wayspots around are art painted in the walls of prp.
I tried painting a lamppost and nominate it so it can't be removed but they have so many lvl 40 PoGO accounts that I believe they're deliberately not accepting it.
Yes, they should be removed. And not an 'outdoor multi pitch' field within a private company.
Why are you bringing this up, move on.
Thanks for the appeal, @Noctarion-ING! We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire these Wayspots.
