Misleading emails - new texts?

Since there are a lot of identical texts in the current Wayfarer Mails, will there be some updates in the future? Especially the Mails of rejected wayspot reports always say "it can take up to 48 hours until the changes are implemented" even though the report got rejected. Such things might confuse unsere that are not that experienced.

Rather than ask another question, I'll make it here instead
Can the emails have the rejection reasons that will be on the contributions page added to the email, as its a lot longer to go in, find the poi and see the reasons.
Adding to that, can duplicates get an email actually saying they are duplicates, rather than just being rejected
