Removal criteria: Adult-oriented location

In the past, Niantic has removed some Wayspots even though they do not meet any of the categories listed in the current removal criteria, specifically Wayspots at adult-oriented locations. Will Niantic be adding formally adding this to the removal criteria and when will we see it appear in the game apps?
