Will the frequency of appeal accruals be increased?

In the Wayfarer 4.4 announcement when appeals were introduced, it was stated that "Review times are not guaranteed at this time, but we will be tracking it over time to see whether the appeal limits could be adjusted."
Given that Niantic has now finally begun reviewing appeals and has had the chance to review a much higher than anticipated number given that people were unintentionally able to appeal 1 per day, can you provide any updates as to whether we may see the appeal accrual limits be adjusted?

Also, if it is possible to be shared, it would be interesting to know how many appeals the team has gotten through.
By accural, are you asking for perhaps 2-3 appeals per month?
Maybe the number per month could be related to your acceptance / rejection ratio, or appeal success ratio.
I have submitted two appeals and neither has yet been processed. I don't see any value in increasing the number of appeals until Niantic is able to fully catch up and process those that have already been received.
