Hyperlink of support information

It is permitted to post the URL in the support information. Is it possible to automatically add hyperlinks at that time? Wouldn't it be nice to have one so that you could make your review simpler?
Also, if you click the title now, you will search the title name, but can this be bluish and pull the underline and make the link at a glance?

Hyperlinks are permitted in supporting info only at this time. Adding a separate space for hyperlinks has been discussed before, to my knowledge.
