Nominations "in Limbo"

Do you really mean for some nominations to take months and years?
Is there a way to appeal nominations being "In Queue" for four months or more?
Why can new nominators submit 40 of the same thing, and they're all back in a month - while experienced proven good nominators have to wait months for 1?

why not just resend yours?
Thats what I'm doing if a submission is stuck in limbo for months
