It's amazing how Niantic didn't review properly the submission.
Anyway, nobody is perfect I guess.
I had a dozen or two photo submissions in New York City a couple weeks ago that were all anime. Rockefeller plaza and a lot of landmarks in the area, definitely was the same person on a trip. Rejected all of them and after a week or so they finally stopped coming up.
