Edit Waypoint placement after submitting.

Can we please get the ability to edit the placement of our submissions via the wayfarer "Contributions" menu (just like we can edit the title and other texts)?
Of cause the maximum distance should not be further than a regular location edit would be, and "in voting" Waypoints shall not be editable.
Currently reviewers are able to sugest a new location but the submitter can´t, which is ridiculous. While i´m at it: Please remove that option for reviewers, people are just messing around with perferct placements for no reason. If a reviewer thinks the placement is incorrect they should just 1* it and move on...
