I got this nomination now 4x within very short time. Title, pictures, street view evry time the same. Only minor differences in the "what is it"-list ...

Has already been accepted, but makes you wonder how many of these have been submitted (with Upgrades???)
Someone must have used his 40 suggestions sensibly 🙈
But that's nethertheless impossible, that I get this within 90min 7x .....
The submissions at the same place block each other, so that only 1 can be in voting. All these submissions can't be resolved within minutes, so that I can get the next one. Also when upgrades would be involved - Upgrades have a cooldown and dont jump on fresh nominations. If these would be queued stuff, and someone earns the upgrades now by reviewing, they also wouldnt appear within few minutes after each other.
LAst but not least: Munich is usually not in the range of my 9 S2 level 6 cells ....
At first I thought the system was loading incorrectly, I had this nomination in 10 minutes. Also 3 times!

Thanks for reporting, @Raachermannl-ING, and @dustinyeeaah-PGO! Apparently, somebody spammed this nomination numerous times causing this to happen. We'll sort this out soon.
Hopefully, with the Wayspot removed since it was brute-forced in.
That’s super odd that the picture has been added to the portal so many times, given that photos aren’t synching to Ingress without PoGo upvotes. I guess either all of those got upvoted (individually?) or it’s a clue of some kind.
