I had submitted the junior playground equipment at our park and it was approved. The stop showed up last week, today it's gone. Not sure when it disappeared but it's not longer there. It shows approved still. Has anyone seen this before?

Was that equipment that is part of a playground area that is already a wayspot?
No. The large playset is a wayspot, this is in a different area of the park. Entirely different structure.
Sounds like it was either removed or the location was edited. Was your pin right on the playground?
Dumb question but did you reboot your game to make sure it was really gone?
yeah me and the 3 kids it was gone tonight.
it was right at the base of the playground equipment.
I checked Upland Crossing Park on the Ingress Intel map and the only portal is "Upland Crossing playground". If there is a second playset area, it was likely deleted as a duplicate since it isn't showing up in either game. You can appeal the removal in the "Invalid Portal Appeals" section if you have photos showing they're two separate play areas.
Edit: Typo because Ingress was on the brain "Invalid Wayspot Appeals".

Found them but I don’t have a rejection email. It still shows approved in my submissions and the email says approved. Should I have received an email about it being removed?
No. That section handles people who wanted things removed to appeal removal rejections as well as portal restoration requests.

There's no email in this case.
Check the photos on the other portals and see it is merged as a duplicate
