Level 38, check! Email, check! Error I don't have Email...

I have worked hard to get to Level 38 and with over 200 friends now, I was looking forward to making more Pokestops at some "Obvious" locations to assist the community on the West Side of El Paso, Texas. We need more in our immediate area where people don't have to drive to get to.
So I'm Level 38 with connections to Facebook and Google (both with Email addresses confirmed) and I still cannot get past the error message, "YOU NEED A LINKED EMAIL TO NOMINATE A POKESTOP..."
This is total **** and SO VERY PISSED OFF after all that hard work interacting with friends, doing Raids together, sending and receiving gifts, and on occasion trading Pokémon.
What the HELL am I missing????

Test? Is this the Test where I don't throw my phone against the Wall? Then yes, I passed it.

I know how disappointing it can be to work towards a goal, only to be thwarted by technical glitches. Have you interacted with In-game support, @SirChaz151-PGO? Did they respond, if so? Obviously you're able to log in to the Wayfarer site, so that's one hurdle passed. If your Google and Facebook links each have different contact emails, maybe that's causing confusion?
Haven't they implemented the requirement to pass the Wayfarer test before you can nominate now? You can log into the forums before you pass it (you can actually do so before you are even at the level to be able to nominate) but you can not nominate until you complete it. If the OP has not gone to https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/ and taken the test, it could possibly explain the "need a linked email to nominate" error. Niantic is known for wording that is not very clear or accurate in their in-game descriptions and errors related to Wayfarer.
How come you're able to pass the test if you don't have a linked email to Wayfarer?
Hi, were you able to solve the problem at some point? ☺️ It seems this is some sort of reocurring error in PoGo. So I was just curious if you went beyond Pissed&Angry and entered HappilySubmitting lol

What login method do you use for the game?
It looks like you may have created your Facebook account with a mobile number, or you may have declined to share your Facebook email address with Pokémon GO. As a result, your Pokémon GO account does not have an email address associated with it. In order for us to move forward, you'll need to add an email address to your account so that we can be sure that we’re communicating with the account owner. There are two options for this:
Option 1: Add an email address to your Facebook account.
1. Visit Facebook’s General Account Settings page. Make sure you have an email address listed under Contact. Click "Add another email or mobile" to add a new email address to your account.
2. Next, share your email address with the Pokémon GO app. Start by visiting the "Your Facebook Apps and Websites Settings" page from the list of connected apps. Select email address under "Info you provide to this app".

Option 2: Log in to your Pokémon GO account using Google log in method.

I just had the same problem with Pokemon go need a mail from Facebook to make new pokestops.
I had to go to settings in Facebook, and go to app, and renew Pokemon Go access.
Restart the game and problem was gone
