Hi,
The newly adopted wayspot has not yet appeared on the Intel map. What went wrong?

I'm struggling to find the location based on the address alone. Is there any chance you can provide GPS coordinates instead?
Was your nomination within 20 metres of an existing Portal? If so, it can't go live in Ingress. It will still be in the Lightship database though.
The 20 meter rule, is that new? I know many portals that are closer together.
It's not new as such. It used to be a thing, then when they migrated the wayspot database from Ingress to Lightship, the 20 metre inclusion rule for Ingress seemed to get removed for quite some time, but then Niantic eventually added the rule back as it was apparently not meant to have been removed in the first place. That will be part of the reason you've seen portals closer than 20 metres.
And location edits ignore the rules for ingress.
