Additional information: The link above is for the article that describes the kindergarden as they expanded. Skogloppa was a new addition. Attached below are the image from the site, where it states that it's "Eventyskogen Barnehage" (Eventyrskogen kindergarden.) I also included an exerpt from the article linked above, for translation:
"In 2003, Eentyrskogen took over the previous "Fritzøe Gård nature kindergarden, and renamed it Skogloppa. From spring to automn, the outdoor department resides close to Ulfsbak [sic: the area where this is located] which has a lavvo and a gapahuk. During winter they reside in Eventyrskogen. When the expansion is complete, Skogloppa will get their own areas."
There were also big notice posters on the gapahuk that explained the ownership, that it is located on private land, rented by the kindergarden. Public use is allowed outside of office hours, unless the kindergarden is using it for extended time. Sadly I forgot to take pictures of the posters.
