@ValkirinaGO-PGO Please first report the Wayspots in-game. If the decision is incorrect, you can appeal it after providing evidence.
So why did you consider posts where XeZar reported 500 and 600 POIs without first reporting them in-game (he didn't attach emails)? Unequal treatment of players? Favor for XeZar and Discrimination for other players?

Wait wait wait. What? And why are XeZar66 reports accepted? He has never been to these places, has never reported bad places from within the game. Are we dealing with a slight favoritism here? XDDD
Where can I make an official complaint about a Niantic employee? Any postal address where I can send the letter or email?

There is no discrimination or favoritism going on here. For abuse reports, our dedicated team looks into them without the need for rejection mail however sufficient evidence is still required in such cases. Whereas for appeals, players must report them through in-app first and follow the procedure as I have commented above.
That being said, I'll be closing this thread for further comments.
