I can't submit pokestops from pokemon go (bug?)

I am level 41 in pokemon go. I already submited 1 pokestop before over 2 months ago (it got rejected) but now i am trying to submit another one. I take the pictures and write the title and description but the next step doesn't work, i can't select the type of pokestop (tag) it is, in this case it is a paint on the wall. Does someone knows what's going on? I put 2 pictures to show my problem, the first one shows that i have a new pokestop to submit, and the second one is the problem i have, nothing appears to me on the screen to select.
(I am brazilian so everything is in portuguese, but i guess you guys can understand it any way).
