Additional information:
If you just look at the edge of the house in the Wayspot photo and the shape of the window, you will notice that it does not fit together. Furthermore, there should still be asphalted road behind the power box (to be recognized at the right Wayspot photo edge).

Suggestion: how about we meet with a German Niantic employee on site. Then we could see to what extent the Wayspot is legal there. And then it is clear who is poisoning the community here.
Have you tried making your own photosphere at the location to prove its existence?
I am aware photospheres can be faked or placed incorrectly, but this photosphere does appear to match what can be seen on satellite view, so if you're saying it's not a legitimate photosphere, then maybe you should go and take your own photosphere at the location to prove it does exist?
Here's another independent source from 2019

Oh so you want to report google ?
And what about the other source ?
Cease your toxic statements.
Since it is also from 2019, it is not current.
I will report this too.
my smartphone cannot create photospheres.
If this is the case, you can take a geotagged photo or video of the location to prove it exists instead. That should be possible on any device that can play Pokémon Go.
I'm just trying to help you out here. If the wayspot does genuinely exist here and the photos of the location are outdated, then it should be easy enough for you to get a more up to date photo that shows the wayspot exists and that the other photos are no longer accurate.
Well, @LukeAllStars-ING ?
The photosphere is at the correct spot and totally legitimate. If you compare the Streetview with the satellite view, you can clearly see the similarities. The street sign can also verify this.
All in all, I would trust the photosphere.
Die Photophäre ist nicht korrekt.
Wenn man meine erste Nachricht gelesen hätte, statt zu ignorieren, hat Niantic bereits die notwendige Nachweise von mir erhalten.
Was bedeutet notwendige Nachweise?

The photosphere is incorrect. If you read my first message instead of ignoring it, Niantic already got the necessary proof from me. What does necessary evidence mean? A video with geotag e.g. or? I certainly won't post the proof on the forums if I've already sent it to Niantic and they've approved it. Releasing outdated or incorrect photospheres to harm players is not an option. Hopefully they will be deleted soon... Another proof of how the toxic German community wants to harm an unpopular player. It's just sad what's going on here.
Hi! I have decided to close down this thread due to some toxic comments. If in case, you are a non-native English speaker and typing your comment in English, please cross-check the content you've typed to avoid any retaliation from another party. Having said that, we'll look into this report and share the outcome afterward.
We have reviewed the report and decided to retire the Wayspot.
