Waypoint glitched

This portal and another next to it has glitched. They won't go neutral while we're trying to do a mission/banner.

This won’t be due the work of wayfarer which is about submitting and agreeing potential portals. Ingress draws on that data and the problem is what is happening within Ingress. So you could try the Ingress community forum.
there is a sub form to report a bug.
