Waypoint accepted but not appearing on map

I got a waypoint approval a week or two ago and it still did not appear in pokemon go and its not near another poi as well
this is the exact location of the accepted poi

If it is 11:11 Speciality cafe or Konafa cafe then it was approved and added to the wayfarer database but is too close to the other waypoint listed to become a pokestop.
