Time from “Upgraded” to “In Voting”
Once you apply an Upgrade, how long do you find before it reaches Voting, and ultimately gets a decision?
Usually mine instantly reaching “In Voting”, once I apply an Upgrade.
However from time to time they “hang” and I wondered how others find it on their cells.
Once In Voting, with an Upgrade, it only takes me a few days to get a decision on them (whether it’s the right decision..)

Exactly the same, sometimes if "in voting" really takes hours..!
But it depends about where the place is.
Hometown POIs seem quicker, where i live for work it might take a week or so...
I've almost never had a nomination not go into voting immediately after having an upgrade apply - assuming the nomination was AT MINIMUM 24 hours old.
I can think of a few exceptions, but very uncommon and still typically upgraded within the day of being assigned.
Most upgrades reach decision for me within a day or two of entering voting. Usually within the first 12 hours.
Since my upgrades are normally applied to older submission at in queue status,( and these are often at least 18 months if not 24 months old) I find they change to in voting pretty much instantly.
Some can be decided within 12 hours, but no more than 3/4 days.
I had one upgrade a couple weeks ago take three days to go into voting after it was applied. Usually they’re near-instantaneous, though.
None of my upgrades have been in queue for more than a week, and most are only usually in queue for a couple of days tops. That being said, I live in a fairly quick area anyway, so most of my nominations without upgrades will enter voting within a week.
When in voting, an upgraded nomination will usually take no more than 3 days to get a decision, whereas my usual waiting time lately for nominations that aren't upgraded is between 2 to 8 weeks.
