Disappearing and Reappearing Nominations

Hello Explorers,
Thank you to all who have reported that they're experiencing an issue with their nominations disappearing (completely or partially) and then reappearing (in some cases). If you are experiencing this and have not yet reported it in the Bug channel, please let us know below if you too are experiencing this issue. It would be helpful if you let us know the window of time for when you noticed the nomination disappearance (e.g. 4:00pm PST) and when they reappeared (if they have done so).

With about 500 open submissions....how should i notice that?
Is this vor all or only those in voting?
Hi there :) for those who have reported it have noticed either ALL (accepted, in voting, etc) of their nominations so it's been super visible and for others, they've noticed when looking for a specific one or when a good number of them have disappeared. So in your case with so many, I'd recommend if you notice a notable amount missing to let us know.
I checked last night around 11PM PST and everything was normal. This morning now, around 8am, I'm only seeing six of a possible....100. I haven't paid attention to total number, definitely not six though
They have since returned, number is 351, I was a little off, haha

Hi there, all submissions of me prior to May2021 have disappeared. I noticed the problem on Apr17th but didn’t communicate here, because I also encountered another problem my stats were reset to 0. I filed that bug report first because that worried me even more. The submissions did not show up again even after one week.

Thanks for sharing. So currently you still don't see your submission made prior to May 2021? How many submissions would you say you had prior to May 2021? Also, did you by any chance happen to request an account deletion for any of our games?

i don’t know the exact number, sorry, it should be in the range of 50-100. And yes, they are still gone.
In November 2021 I tried out Pikmin Bloom and there was a problem with the account created first shot. It was deleted via support and I created a new one. All my Niantic accounts refer to my Google Mail ACC, as required for Niantic Social.
Is that a dangerous pattern?

If acc deletion is the root cause most probably it is not independent. Please check my analysis in there.

I reported the bug about 4 weeks ago and did not receive any news on progress so far. Did you have the chance to check my analysis given in the linked post?
MY POGO wayfarer nominations count used to update daily. Despite some daily action the count has not changed in several days.
Hi. I just noticed this thread. I was able to nominate a new pokestop this morning (08:00 Sydney AEST) I did not submit. I went and logged in to do a review and manage my new pokestop at 14:20 but I could not see any of my past nominations, no history of any nominations. Nothing. So I went to review. Nothing to review. Just the little orange retry button appeared. Clicked that. Nothing.
So I checked my ability to make a new nomination in the App. And now cannot do that either as the new pokestop button has gone.
I can see my profile. I can see settings. And I can do everything else in the app except make a new nomination. don't know if related.... Oh and I am active in the game and a weekly reviewer (on average) so there has been no inactivity.

I am experiencing this right now too. I was traveling today and made some nominations, now that I'm in my hotel I opened up the page to do some reviews and I have nothing. All of my nominations have dissappeared, and it says I have nothing to review. Being in a new area I should have lots to review.
This began 30 minutes ago (or at least set when I noticed) 9:45 Pacific Daylight time.
Also logged in to Ingress and PoGo and the nomination buttons are gone.
Update. I checked this morning.
In App able to now add new stops on checking App this morning (about 07:00 AEST Sydney Time)
Can review and see nominations on checking website this morning (08:20 AEST Sydney Time) . Though the first review, on submit, did create the orange retry button. But worked for next 6 reviews.
I’ve got a problem where one of the stops I’ve locally nominated has disappeared from the game (and doesn’t have the symbol on it in the Nominate New Stop screen indicating it’s still in other games) but its nomination status on Wayfarer remains as “Accepted”. Will it reappear or did Niantic axe it for no apparent reason?
My nominee was accepted five days ago, but still hasn’t appeared on the map.

When will it come online?
It won't. It's in the same level 17 S2 cell as the Kickball Field and you can only have one Pokéstop or Gym per level 17 S2 cell. It is in Ingress though:
The accepted/rejected status will always remain that way after a nomination has reached a final decision, even if the nomination is then reported and removed from the game. What was the nomination and what are the coordinates of it?

Hi, my last two accepted submissions have not counted toward my total. I have 4 accepted pokéstops, but only show two. I have emails confirming all 4 of them, if that is helpful.
The numbers on your profile page refer to nominations that you've reviewed yourself, not your own contributions.
So if it is saying nominations accepted 2, that means you voted to accept 2 nominations, and your vote was in agreement with the general consensus of other reviewers, meaning that those 2 wayspots you voted on were accepted and added to the database.
I've had two go missing, One was accepted. It is now on the map, But I cannot view the state of my 2nd contribution.. Should we hold off on submitting until this is fixed? Didn't know this has been a problem for years....
