Additional information: I tried moving this wayspot several times without success, as there is no streetview or 360° view nearby. Lately, it wasn't possible anymore to try it again due to the limited distance. The wayspot is currently placed on a brewery building (which is visible in the background of the first picture). The real location is on a side entrance of the city hall. The surroundings of the wayspot (such as the little bridge, or the large yellow building to the right) are clearly visible on the first/second picture and the second Google screenshot. On the third picture, you can also see the underpass that leads to the large square in front of the city hall (second screenshot).
