Fake pokestop, submitter “dedicated” benches to self

A new pokestop appeared in a park near me. It’s a set of benches. Just two benches, no memorial, no plaque. The submitter also “dedicated” the benches to himself and his wife. While the benches exist they aren’t anything special nor named after these people. I have attached pictures I took and I made a photosphere showing they are normal benches in the park.
This is a blatant fake pokestop and the submitter should be punished. If he gets away with this one, it may just encourage him to continue to make more. Attached are the pictures I took:
