what about attractions for hotel guests only

I searched around but could not find guidance on how to interpret this one.

I was reviewing this Diamond Cabins hotel at 34.101428, -93.692708. Their website is here: https://www.diamondscabins.com/about-us/

They have some historic cabins on their grounds that have been nominated. However from the road there is a sign at the entrance to their lot saying "Private Area - Registered Guests Only". I assume they only want to allow paying guests of the cabins to get in to walk around.

I understand if it was a museum that sold tickets then the cabins could qualify but if they don't sell tickets what about that?

As long as an object is reachable for a person safely, its eligible.

Even if objects are only reachable once a year due to any nature factors, its still eligible.

So objects for Hotel guests only are totally eligible.

Provided that some people can access it some of the time and it’s not a private residence, it’s fine for access.

Think of it like Disney Land/a theme park. Items there qualify as eligible POI, but access is restricted as you need a ticket. Still, some people can access it if they have a ticket.

I feel compelled to add, because this isn't documented in the main Wayfarer criteria, that hotel (and apartment complex) swimming pools are treated as residential even though other things on those properties aren't. Community swimming pools are eligible but hotel/apartment ones aren't.
