Haven't you been overdoing cool-down sanctions lately?

There have been many opportunities to receive cool-down sanctions in the last month. I received two 6-hour sanctions today as well.

As the reason, your company states that "anomalous behavior was detected in the examination of candidates", but it is necessary to explain specifically which behavior corresponds to this reason for sanctions.

I take the time to review each candidate, including its suitability and location accuracy. The proof is that the agreement is over 25,000.

However, your company does not provide a specific reason for sanctions and is blaming the judges for extremely rude acts. Your company warns the judges with a high pressure, "Please be careful not to pattern the examination. Also, please do not use shortcuts or fixed phrases." I want to return this word to your company. Isn't your company imposing unreasonable sanctions on sincere judges by "patterned fixed phrases"?

Why are you outraging cool-down sanctions in the last month, and insulting judges with patterned boilerplate? Answer this immediately.

You mainly get cooldowns for reviewing too fast. Take your time while reviewing. I only recieve cooldowns when I speed up the process (faster than 20 seconds per review) for any games (review Bingo, etc). Otherwise, I never get cooldowns.

This community is 99% volunteer reviewers like you. A Niantic employee comes thru only rarely.

I've 23,000 reviews and have never gotten a cooldown. I interact with each nomination in some way (like clicking Title, duplicates, picture, map). Also, I don't use any 3rd-party apps while reviewing (like Wayfarer+).

And yes, people have complained since 2018 that reviewers get cooldowns with no clue why. Niantic loves to operate on non-communication. People can even get banned, and not know why. Sure feels like they don't like us and wish we'd go away.
