Had a couple of way stops confirmed by email and approved, but not showing on Pokémon Go, Pikmin Bloom, or Ingress, after waiting weeks, Any discussion welcome.

Both have been approved, but not showing.
@ThorsDene-PGO If I have the locations right, Street art on water meter is within 20 meters of Commemorative Plaque at Emu Point and thus won't appear in Ingress. It's in the same S2 cell so it won't appear in PoGo.
Similarly, the EllenCove Jetty is within 20 meters of EllenCove Boardwalk Plaque, and is in the same S2 cell as MIDDLETON BEACH AND LAKE SEP..., STRAWBERRY HILL, and Cockatoo Sculpture.
