Portal accepted, but still not exist after 96h

I've got email that my portal was approved 5th of May. 4 days ago, which is longer that usual "up to 48".
How could we fix this?

Maybe it is closed than 20m to an existing Portal? Then it wont get synced into Ingress.
@LukeAllStars-ING probably you're right. Its pedestrian brige and gazebo near it. It shows closer than 20m of each other. There is not so many placese could be nominated as portals, so its sad thad we can't get new portal because its too close :(
