As you can see in the image, the location of the paintings on the underground walkway under the railroad tracks is scattered all over the place.

I think it was a bit closer to the railroad tracks, but this was the only one that was in the exact location.
All of these spots are PokéStops. It is safe to assume that they have been improperly shifted out of position so that they can be used in Pokémon GO. The location must be corrected and the person in question must be punished.

That's an interesting one.
I don't talk much about things that Niantic hasn't officially put out there, but I've checked the Cell that some players care about, and I can confirm that they're separated perfectly.
Another interesting matter is that it looks like they are intentionally pulling them apart to avoid what is called Ingress' 20m rule.
Also, each of these wayspot groups is presented with a 360° photo, so I can guess that they are manipulating the reviewers at the time of nomination to intentionally deceive them.
Also, and this is just a guess, but the fact that it is on the sidewalk under the railroad tracks and is listed at the entrance as an art gallery, it is not something that would normally be nominated individually.
We would not have nominated an individual exhibit in a not so large art gallery or museum.
However, this nominator seems to have made individual nominations arbitrarily and maliciously on purpose in order to have a Pokémon Gym where the second location appears at the sixth location.
This nominator clearly doesn't qualify as a Wayfinder, as it is clearly intentional.
Japan is a country with one of the highest number of wayspot in the world. The density is probably one of the highest in the world.
And because of the large number of Wayfinders, we do not see the kind of town-wide abusive behavior that we see in other countries.
But, we are finding these small abuses all over the place.
It won't be long before the Lightship database turns into the Smoky Mountains if we don't eliminate this kind of behavior soon.

Please could you investigate the details of this nominator?
Movement confirmed.
However, when I went to see it on May 22, it was unusually dense for a PokéStop. The location was correct, but one of them should have disappeared if they were so close to each other.
So, according to what I heard, the PokéStop appeared when I accessed it by collecting the gift beforehand, saving it as a postcard, or collecting the gift from a PokéStop that my partner could not see, and then pressing the 👍 in the picture.

Separately, this spot was also present as an extremely close PokéStop when I looked on May 1. When I looked a week before this, the Pokéstop did not exist. Furthermore, it was supposed to have disappeared as a result of a location correction the week before that.
The same manipulation seems to have taken place.
The community has previously opined that pressing 👍 to manipulate the board in this manner is an abuse of the system.
Would this phenomenon also be an abuse?
Or is it a problem on the part of the game that handles the database?
